Modular furniture warranty

Monarch Ergo offers 10 years of warranty for its modular furniture products, to its original purchaser, against any manufacturing and mechanical defect. The warranty is valid for any product which has been manufactured and supplied after 1st January, 2019.

Customer focus is one of our core values and in line with that we provide warranty for all our products. At our manufacturing plant and the warehouse for all Monarch Ergo products, tested guidelines are in place, so that there is no compromise on quality and production. After the delivery and sales, our dedicated support team is always on alert for any service requirement that may arise.

We at Monarch, are proud to bring you office furniture and seating, manufactured with ergonomic features integrated into every product in order to help the user, in creating a healthy, comfortable and productive work environment.

Research

Monarch has an in-house Research and Development team that is constantly striving to create superior products through innovation – whether it’s about the material, design or technology. We design products that are adaptable to every environment and transform with the changing times, while being practical, ergonomic, functional and sound.

Warranty Period

This warranty is given to the initial purchaser of new products purchased from Monarch Ergo. The warranty is valid for as long as the product is owned and operated by the original purchaser or its associate companies.

Limitation of Liability

Monarch Ergo Pvt. Ltd, shall not be liable for any loss, damages, or penalty resulting from failure to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement due to force majeure or any cause beyond its reasonable control.

In no event shall Monarch be liable for costs of unauthorized repairs undertaken by the purchaser without Monarch previous written approval. Monarch disclaims any obligation or liability for inconvenience occurred directly or indirectly.

What is covered

Arm rest, Gas Lift, Caster, Base and Mechanism (replaced only when completely defective)

What is not covered

Physical damage, Fabric / Mesh and Foam
